Brainstorm 5 content ideas that are directly related to reaching your goals this quarter.
Think about a time when you taught yourself something new or built something from scratch. What did you learn about yourself in the process? How did it shape the way you approach challenges today?
What’s the ONE THING you keep coming back to in your business or life? Why does it matter to you? How can you honour and nurture it moving forward?
What’s one idea or project you’ve been tempted to start but haven’t fully committed to? What’s holding you back? How can you create a plan to either pursue it intentionally or let it go with grace?
What “diary entries” (memories or emotions) do you want your audience to associate with your brand?
Think about a brand or business that has left a lasting impression on you. What specific memories or emotions come up when you think of them? How can you replicate that level of connection and consistency in your own marketing?
What are the small, seemingly mundane moments in my life that I might overlook but would deeply miss if they were gone?
How can I shift my focus from tasks to experiences that bring connection and joy?
What “stains on the carpet” or “grass stains” in my life symbolize memories I wouldn’t trade for perfection?
Who or what in my life deserves more of my undivided attention and appreciation?
When I think about how quickly time passes, what emotions arise? How can I honour those feelings?
What is one memory I treasure from the past week, and how can I create more moments like it?
What would it feel like to let go of expectations and simply enjoy the moment?
Think about the values instilled in you by your family or community. What teachings or lessons have stayed with you, even if the environment they came from no longer resonates with you fully? How do these values show up in your life today, and how might you live them more intentionally?
Reflect on the rituals, spaces, or communities that brought you comfort as a child. Are there any that still hold meaning for you? If not, what kind of spaces or rituals would feel healing, inclusive, and grounding for you now? How can you seek out or create those spaces in your current life?
Consider a time when you felt called to step up in your community, family, or workplace. What values guided you in that moment? How can you embody compassionate leadership today—whether through your words, actions, or support of others? Who in your life needs to hear your encouragement or feel your presence right now?
Think about a time when you felt truly heard and understood. What did that experience feel like? How did it impact your decisions or actions? On the flip side, recall a time when you felt unheard or misunderstood. What did you need in that moment, and how could the situation have been different?
When you’re seeking guidance or support—whether from a coach, friend, or colleague—what do you need most to feel seen and understood? How can you communicate those needs more clearly in the future?
Imagine a world where your ideas are never ‘too much’ and you feel completely supported in bringing them to life. What would that look like for you? What’s one step you can take today to create that kind of space for yourself?
Think about the small, seemingly insignificant traditions or routines in your life that bring you joy or connection. How do these moments contribute to your overall sense of fulfillment? What would happen if you gave them more attention?
Consider your business or personal goals. What 20% of your actions are currently driving 80% of your results? Are there any small, consistent habits you could refine or prioritize to maximize your success?
Reflect on a time when the small or seemingly insignificant moments played a crucial role in your growth. How can you embrace and appreciate these moments more in your daily life?
What tasks or projects do you often resist, even though you want to do them?
What strategies or tools have helped you overcome resistance in the past?
How can you make your work more enjoyable and aligned with how your brain works?

Think of a time when you doubted yourself but were ultimately right. How did that experience shape the way you trust (or don’t trust) yourself today?
Imagine your younger self sitting across from you. What would she say about the person you’ve become? What would you like to say to her?
Write about a challenge from your childhood or teenage years that shaped you. How does that challenge still show up in your life today, and how can you reframe it as a strength?
When was the last time you second-guessed yourself but decided to take action anyway? What was the outcome, and what did it teach you about moving forward despite doubt?
What does the “free-spirited, bright-eyed, outspoken” version of yourself want to say today? Write her a letter or let her speak freely on the page.
Think about a teacher, mentor, or coach who truly saw you and made you feel valued. What did they do that made such a difference? How can you bring that same energy into your own work or relationships?
When have you felt most supported in your personal or professional life? What did that support look like, and how did it help you grow? How can you create that same environment for others?
What’s one thing that makes your approach to teaching, coaching, or leading uniquely you? How can you lean into that strength to create deeper connections and more meaningful impact?
What parts of your business bring you the most joy right now?
What tasks or strategies feel like a “pointless treadmill” or drain your energy?
What’s one small change you can make this week to bring more joy into your business?
Which “instrument” in your business (content, sales, systems, mindset, market research) feels the most out of tune right now? Why?
How can you better integrate these elements to create a harmonious “symphony” in your business?
What’s one area where you’ve been relying too heavily on a single strategy (e.g., social media, mindset, etc.) at the expense of others? How can you rebalance your efforts?
